Chemical etching is the ultimate for marking and decorating metal. Its fine detail, multi-dimensional appearance, and durability make it the preferred marking process for awards, plaque plates, name badges, wallet cards, and even commercial plates.
Etching combines the artistry of chemical engraving with the precision of computer generated graphics to create works of extraordinary quality and beauty. The beautiful fullcolor results of sublimation make it a favorite for reproducing photographs. We have the capability to do wide format printing and the capacity to handle large quantities.
Screen printing continues to be popular because it is economical and durable. Virtually all of our metals work with screen printing and we can print multiple colors. The screen printing can be personalized with a laser or rotary engraver.
This process provides another great option for adding value and making graphics virtually indestructible. This can be combined with any other marking/decorating process (printing on the embossed area) to create spectacular results.
