Military Service seals, emblems, coats of arms and logos are protected by law from unauthorized use. The Department of Defense along with each Military Service have the right to protect and to license their seals, emblems, logos and other identifiers and to take legal action when used without permission. You must get permission from each military branch to use these seals.
