We work with Government agencies, businesses or individuals on large scope projects as well as small one-time plaque orders. Whether it is your first time ordering or your fifth, we have trained staff who are able to assist with each step of the ordering process.

Project Approach

Advantage Signs & Graphics with our partner Gemini work as a team to make sure that your plaque will meet your expectations. A two step approval process to insure that each plaque is carefully seen and approved by the customer twice is just one of the ways we keep expensive errors to a minimum and create successful outcomes.

Helping the customer is Advantage Signs & Graphics’ number one goal. Whether you order 1 item or 100 our approach to your plaque project will be very personal. You will be guided through each step of the process while we do our best to answer questions and concerns..

Creating Your Layout: No Charge

Your provided text, vector logo/graphics or any photo will be created into a layout at no additional cost. Our plaque experts have years of experience with both design and technical specifications and are trained in the design elements, plaque specifications, and installation options available to you.

Our business hours are M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm CST and your designer and customer service representative will be available during those hours.

Step-by-step Ordering Process

Artwork and layouts: Once you provide us with your text, vector logo/photo, and any other graphic elements for the plaque, we will create an initial layout for you to look over. You can make changes to spelling, placement, and specifications throughout this process until approved. This timeline depends on the changes and length of correspondence between committees and points of contact. Our turn around for layout renditions once we have the information is roughly 24 hours.

Approval: Once the project has been looked over and approved, you will send back signed copies or an email acknowledgement of the approval for our records.

Production: Once the final approval is signed off on, production will begin. The total time for production you can expect is 12-14 working days for completion of your metal plaque.

Shipping: When your plaque is completed it will be shipped to your designated address via UPS Ground. Other transportation options are available.
